Remi is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales.

Remi is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is also a member of the Private Client Section.

Remi is a member of Lincoln’s Inn where she was called to the Bar of England and Wales. She does not practice as a barrister.

Remi is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. Remi adheres to STEP’s Code for Will Preparation in England & Wales.

Remi is a member of the Society of Will Writers which vets will-writing practitioners through stringent membership requirements, proficiency standards and ongoing training.

Remi is a fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies (SALS), the official society of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, representing the Institute’s extended academic community and comprising scholars and professionals from the wider legal world.

Remi is an accredited mediator and a member of the Civil Mediation Council, the number one information resource for civil, commercial and workplace mediation in England and Wales.
